Hand-painted aluminium details on the creature’s face reads an expression of surprise, whilst a small red hat fitted with a golden tassel is mounted on his head. The show animal is bathed in expensive jewels and lavishly ornamented materials, guarding the ornate chest with resolve.

The object’s namesake alludes to a questionable, potentially illegal activity asking whether the dazzling mammal is shielding his own treasures, or if they are not even his at all.
